Genting 2011

Day 1

I've being to Genting when I was 6mths old. We went during Gorgor's 3rd

Birthday. Now when I am turning 3 I am here again...

Mommy booked Awana Hotel awhile ago, is a super good deal. At RM292 nett for 2 nites with 2 queen size beds and come with free breakfast.

Is a 5hrs ride from home. Traffic is good and we reach the Hotel around 12 noon. They allowed us to have a early check in. This hotel is about 26yrs old. We don't expect much and most important the room is cleaned and spacious.

After a short nap for daddy and a bubble bath for us we are ready to meet Yeye at the hilltop.

Yeye took a coach from Penang and he will be staying with Mama at 1st world Hotel.

We have a late lunch at Kenny Roger and proceed to Arcade. After a wonderful time there, we rush for the 3D Show - Rio, is a very nice show for all of us but I fallen asleep after awhile.

I am like a sleeping beauty most of the time 8)

They took a cable car back to hotel while I am sleeping. They took their dinner cum supper while I am sleeping. Mommy has good memories many years ago when she have

her dinner in Awana. The food here is good but not the mushroom soup that mommy missed.

Day 2

I am very please with the buffer breakf

ast in the hotel. The food there is not so yummy for the adult but for us is wonderful. I helped myself with a few serving of cereal. After breakfast we head to cable car center. Is a smooth a cooling ride.

We have a lot of fun at theme park and Gorgor enjoy the bumber car the most he took like 20+ times. He said the 4D show is good too. Too bad I am not tall enough for the show 8(

I slept again when they are having pizza 8(

We met Yeye and Mama for dinner after my nap. We took a cable car to the station and proceed to the seafood restaurant at the mid hill. The good was so so but durians are goods!

Day 3

Daddy drove us to strawberries farm after our Breakfast. I have so much fun plucking the not so many berries. Is an enjoyable trip for me so when I reach Singapore few hours later I am fussing and crying saying I want to go back to Genting. My parents are gladded that I enjoy the trip after all.

Rayen wanted to show Daddy the picture of a cake that she selected in 1 booklet. While doing so I am using the camera to "look" at that page. She keep pushing it away. She look at the monitor and show the picture to Daddy who reflected on the monitor. She is a bit annoy when I try to put the camera on the picture. I have to show her slowly that daddy can only see it from the camera. Soon she understand that and happily showing "Sleeping Beauty" to daddy,

Daddy is not back yet, Justen went to Guma's house and they will bring him to his enrichment classes. Meimei and Mommy were both alone, so mommy bring Rayen out for a day of shopping Chinese Goodies for Po Po. Visit Po Po and shopping and dinning at Ikea. We have a good day too.

1st Day of School.

It takes me a week to get use to School.. Now no more crying and I am happy to go school with my bento box with lot of goodies.

Rayen Going school!

Rayen is all excited about school initially. She always want to accompany gorgor to the fun looking place. Mommy brief her before that she will get to take same bus with gorgor but he will be drop off at 1 place before she go to her lesson. They are not studying in the same premises. She is not prepared for that. So Day 1 everything is fine till she is all alone in school. She cried badly when returning home as she didn't see gorgor in the bus. His lesson is longer. She is not happy after the 1st day of school. This is not what she is expecting! So her favourite sentence of the week is "I don't want to go to school!"

I tried to comfort her by giving her strawberries, cookie cut bread and vitamin gummies. She kept in and refuse to eat on the 2nd day. 3rd day she wet her pants 3 times but finish her food. She is trying out ways to avoid going to school. Her plans failed so things are getting better. Lesser crying and she is adapting to school life.

We are very happy and proud of her although she is still wearing her house clothes to school.

Mommy looking for me when she realise that I am not around in the living room. I remove my pants and climb up the toilet bowl and I do my biz all by myself.

Mommy praise me a little but she reminded me to inform me before I go into the toilet which might be slippery and dangerous for me to go in alone.

My parents are both very proud of me as I am readily to inform them before I want to pee or poo. I don't need a potty now as I do it all in the toilet bowl.

I started enrichment lesson 3 weeks ago, I enjoy very much. But if you ask me whether do I want to go school I will tell you "No, I want Mc Donald".

This term we are learning about ocean, I am good in it, I can tell you tutles, fish, otopus, sharks, dolphin etc I know I need to keep toys before getting a new set of toy. I really learn a lot during the lesson. I enjoy it so much.

We bought 2 carebears during Taka Toy fair, and we have an opportunity to guess how heavy is the 54" on display. Mommy takes both our weight/2 and she gets very close to the actual weight which is 15.5kg. Just 0.5kg different and we won the 2nd prize during the contest. The prize is a 24" care a lot bear, so big it is actually bigger than me, I need to pull it around with it tail or ear 8)

Scissor Facinated

I love scissor, but they always don't allow me to touch, I only cut a few holes on tee and pants and make a few scratches on the table. I didn't hurt myself, and I am able to cut on papers. BTW I hold scissor and pencil using my left hand.

Saturday we went to Po Po's house to celebrate my 2nd birthday. Daddy and Mommy went out to get me a cake, I told Jui Jui "Daddy and Mommy 出去买东西." When you ask me whos birthday? I will reply "妹妹的".

I am very happy as these few days I get to blow candle from my cake. I eat most of the fruits on my 1st cake and I love the yummy ice cream cake on Sunday.

Flu Jab

We are going HK 4wks later so my parents plan to get us vaccinated before boarding.

The clinic near our house is running out of it, the other one a little bit further only left 1 bottle, so mommy decided to let me do the jab 1st. I cried a little when the needle poke into my tight but I am ok straight after that, doc give me a sticker and I gave gor gor more confident for the jab after all his last jab is when he is 18mths old. For him poking a needle is already terrifying. Since I am brave girl he got to show his braveness tomorrow. Let see who is braver.

Previously when I get to see Doc I will cry my lung out as they force open my mouth... When I refuse to open it. Today before I enter the room. Mommy told me I have to open my mouth really big when I am asked to do som I demo her before entering the room.

Maybe see doctor too many time I am a bit pro and know what to expect. While doc listen to my lung I didn't cry, when she ask me to open my mouth I didn't open. She has to force open it again, but once the stick is going to put into my mouth I open it and say ah.. I even say goodbye and give a flying kiss to doctor when I am leaving the room...

Doctor praised me as a very cooperative girl.

Last sat is gorgor's 2nd art lesson, mommy decided to bring both of us out, all by herself. Taking a MRT from Punggol all the way to Little Indian and walk to NAFA. Mommy told me if I behave I can join in next time. We have a break at TCC after sending Gorgor to lesson. I'm well behave just refuse to take any milk. After gorgor lesson I am so tired that I fall asleep all the way till daddy come and fetch us 8) Is not a bad trip at all as Mommy got to have bonding time with me. I love it!

I getting a bit out of hand recently... Everything against my wish I will be very angry and today after my lunch. I roll on Ctrpt's basement floor. I only agree to stand up when my mother promise to buy a bread for me. I happily hang my little carrier of bread on my shoulder and walk like an auntie. Don't think that my daddy neglect me ok, he did give me flash card weekly. I will look away, or do other things, or looking at those already flashed, or snatch away the cards most of the time...
